These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roget. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Roget.

The service

Roget lets you store, version, and share agent skills, and connect AI agents to them over MCP. Roget is offered on an evolving basis and features may change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your credentials and agent keys secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the skills and content you create. You grant Roget the limited license needed to host, store, version, and display your content in order to provide the service and to fulfill the sharing you choose. Skills you mark public may be viewed and copied by other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Roget to:

— break the law or infringe others' rights; upload malicious code or instructions intended to cause harm; attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours; disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or scrape or bulk-export other users' content without permission.

Agent keys and API access

Agent keys grant programmatic access scoped to your account and the skills shared with you. Keep them secret; you can revoke a key at any time. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service.

Availability and disclaimer

Roget is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roget will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Roget and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
